Are these final, generally available prices?
No. CFacil has a working offline-first audit foundation today, and the figures here are illustrative to help you plan. Talk to us about early access and we will confirm current pricing and what is live versus on the near-term roadmap.
How does billing work?
Each plan is a monthly base fee that includes a set number of users and sites. Additional sites and storage are billed on top, and we quote those against your portfolio. Annual billing saves around 13% against the monthly rate, and all prices exclude VAT.
Is pricing per user?
No. Users are not billed individually. Every plan includes a user allowance at no per-seat cost: 10 on Team, 50 on Business, and unlimited on Enterprise. You pay the base fee plus any sites beyond those included.
How are additional sites priced?
Each plan includes a number of sites (5 on Team, 10 on Business, 50 on Enterprise). Beyond that, sites are billed individually and only once a site is actually used, when it is added to an audit, a scheduled activity, or has a defect raised. Storage is included at 1GB per site, with extra storage at £5 per 10GB per month. We confirm site pricing for your estate during a demo.
What single sign-on options are included?
Standard single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID and Google is included free on every plan. Custom SSO is available from £400 one-time setup, and SCIM user provisioning from £500 one-time setup plus £250 per month, on the Enterprise plan.
Does offline mode cost extra?
No. Offline-first capture, encrypted local storage, automatic online and offline detection, and sync are core to every tier. The plans differ in unlock policy options, scheduling, reporting depth, and identity features, not in whether the product works offline.
Can we change tier later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at renewal, and your sites, templates, audit history, and evidence are retained when you move between plans.
